Refund Policy

1. The short version
Cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. We do not offer partial-month or pro-rata refunds for unused time.
2. Cancelling
Go to your account page, choose “Manage billing”, and cancel in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual). Until then, all Pro features remain available.
3. What we refund
We refund duplicate charges and clear billing errors — contact support@deskwright.com within 30 days of the charge and include the receipt or charge ID. Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.
4. What we do not refund
We do not refund partial billing periods, unused time after cancellation, or renewal charges where the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date. Annual plans are not refunded pro-rata after the period begins.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including — for UK consumers — the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
